3. Handle telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mails and sieve through correspondences independently;
4. Draft or prepare documents and presentations in a professional manner;
5. Organize meeting schedule;
6. Arrange travel and related arrangements;
7. Keep the company chop in compliance with the relevant SOP;
8. Fulfill other ad hoc or contignent assignments independently and efficiently.

任职资格：

1. 财务相关专业大学本科；

2. 1年相关经验或应届优秀毕业生；

3、英语(CET6/TEM8)；

4、计算机能力强。
