- Generating new sales leads
- Research new sales channels and potential partners
- Following up and closing sales leads
- Managing key customers
- Cultivating and managing relationships with potential franchise operators
- Managing sales targets and ensuring these targets are met
- Interacting with other internal departments to maximize sales opportunities and ensure on-time delivery of quality products

- Have a passion for street fashion, particularly girls fashion
- Have sales experience
- have relevant and current contacts in order to generate and maximize sales
- knowledge of competitive prices and products on the market
- be knowledgeable about the china apparel wholesale and franchise market
- be able to identify customers that match eno’s brand strategy and consumer profile

This position will be responsible for delivering against the following key performance indicators (KPIs):

- sales results (both revenue and number of point of sales locations)
- gross margin
- the ability to secure long term customers
