Master Production Scheduler
Responsibilities:
- To perform a precise plan, material purchase orders and supplier schedule in compliance with Master Production Schedule so as to support the company goal at quick responsiveness, the lowest inventory and the shortest reaction lead time;
- To perform machine capacity plan in daily basis to smoothen unconstraint demand load according to the constraint machine capacity within a specific business unit so as to identify the potential bottlenecks and to smoothen the load based on AVON policy;
- To review material supportability with suppliers on updated Operational Estimate and to identify and manage potential risk on material support so as to minimize the impact on supply service;
- To monitor and manage component level both in Avon and suppliers to ensure achievement of inventory goal;
- To manage supplier on component delivery scheduling to reach JIT target;
- To keep good communication with suppliers and sourcing team so as to make sure Master Production Schedule could be supported in time.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above with major in business field;
- Logical thinking and good analytic ability;
- Demonstrate strong conflict solution skills and can handle multi-task efficiently;
- Good communication skill and English skills.
- Good knowledge of DRP, MRPII system is preferable.
Chemist
Responsibilities:
- Complete required cosmetic sample according to standard procedure;
- Design and develop formula;
- Conduct preliminary testing as needed;
- Release formula and information flow;
- Support continued development (downstream needs).
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree above in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, nutrition or related science field, Master degree preferred;
- Self-starter with high initiative;
- Strong interpersonal skill and work in a team dynamic;
- Ability to handle multi-projects within extremely short time lines.
- Good written and oral English communication skills.
Trainee
- Hold a recognized university degree in any discipline, bachelor or above;
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with a CET 6 or TEM 4 qualification;
- Great passion on learning and self-motivated, willing to work under pressure;
- Mature personality with good interpersonal and communication skill;
- Open-minded, flexible and teamwork spirit.
