岗位目标：
根据店长培养计划要求和分部安排，在卖场进行实习，配合店长完成企划宣传、销售达成、门店管理等工作，快速成为一名合格店长。
工作职责：
协助店长组织人员进行市场调研工作，了解竞争对手产品价格、出样、促销方案、成交的市场信息，为卖场销售提供数据支撑；
协助店长完成卖场指标任务分解工作，并进行定期跟踪；
协助店长制定市场推广计划及企划方案，并跟踪实施；
协助店长进行卖场项目管理工作、商品、人员、现场管理；
协助店长处理突发事件及外协单位关系维护工作；
任职资格：
零售行业2年以上工作经验，具备业务、营运或卖场基础工作经验
熟练操作电脑，熟练使用ERP系统
具有较强的组织协调能力，有一定的领导力
具备较强的沟通能力， 具备较强的计划与执行能力

Five Star history
With 10 years history, Five Star is a professional retailer of CE appliance in China. Founded in December 1998, Five Star was originated from air-conditioner wholesale and retail operation. Since 1999 Five Star began to develop retail business and opened 70 air-conditioner Franchise stores in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces. In April 2001 Five Star was innovative to open “consumer electronic appliance stores” in Nanjing, which focused on low cost concept and provided diversified products and competitive price for customers. In 2002 Five Star began to expend and opened many stores all over Jiangsu Province. In 2003 Five Star opened stores in Anhui Province and operated business successfully out of Jiangsu Province. In 2005 Five Star opened stores in Zhejiang, Henan, Sichuan, Yunnan and Shandong provinces. In May 2006, Five Star successfully accomplished the joint venture relationship with Best Buy, world largest appliance and consumer electronics retailer, and began to develop Chinese market by “dual -brand” strategy. Five Star is committed to improve “customer experience”, “employee experience” and “vendor experience” and business performance enhances remarkably.
