Job Responsibilities,
1. HR activities support mainly on C&B part including filing and payroll management.
2. Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other supplier sources.
3. Recruiting support: short-list candidates, interview arrangements etc.
4. Assist to organize orientation to all new hires on time and support all training and development programs for all employees. Implement the Training Plan to all relevant employees.
5. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
6. Develop and maintain human resource database, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
7. Other Adm. and HR assigned work
Qualifications:
1- Bachelor degree, available to work at least 3 days for at least 3months
2- Good English communications and computer competencies.
3- Teamwork, forward thinking, customer focus and deliver results are necessary to have.
4- Hands-on and able to work under pressure and respect schedule/deadline.
5- With related HR experience is preferred
