1、Software Engineer (SE- Trainee 2009)

JOB DESCRIPTION - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

n         Complete the objectives of each assignment within the agreed timeframe.

n         Define and document requirements related to data collection core infrastructure and ticker migration.

n         Analyse the new requirements from the business units and develop (design, code and unit test) software solutions adhering to the team's process handbook.

n         Coordinate with internal/external test team for software release.

n         Produce software releases adhering to the operational release management process.

n         Provide 3rd/4th level operational support for the production systems.

n         Collaborate with the development teams in other regions.

n         Liaise with internal customers, namely Operations, Data Operations, Ticker Support Group on software release, data validation and support.

n         Configure and maintain the development test environment.

n         Compliant with software development process and contribute to the continuous process improvement.

2、Quality Engineer ( QE- Trainee 2009)

JOB DESCRIPTION - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

n         Quality professionals are involved in requirements gathering and analysis, test planning activities, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and execution of all testing (which may include application integration, system, system/network integration, and acceptance testing) required to ensure that the software is of the highest quality.

n         Completes the objectives of each assignment within agreed timeframe.

n         Responsible for providing for the planning, integration, casing, scripting, and execution of all testing required of a single software change or project.

n         Reviewing business requirements, and design specifications for low to moderately complex changes/systems for completeness and testability.

n         Developing and maintaining test plans, test environment, test cases, test scripts and/or workflow usage, with some assistance.

n         Conducting testing using company-specific, manual or automated processes.

n         Executing test scripts/cases and communicating the results of testing.

n         Preparing and maintaining test case documentation (which may include alignment to client configurations).

n         Diagnosing and resolving technical and operational problems on installed networks, systems or products.

n         Recommending improvements to the testing processes to create efficiencies.

n         In the role of SQA Engineer, conduct SQA for projects.
