7、 Coordination with inter department for effective customer service

与其他部门互助，提供有效的服务给客户

8、 Assist the Sales manager for promotion planning, promotion tent card and flyer printing; wine event, stock allocation, par stock for key items, POSM support and A&P allocation etc.

帮助销售经理处理促销计划，葡萄酒宴会，台卡及宣传单的打印,库存分配，礼品支持及A&P申请

9、 Fill in the new Fine Wines application form according to customers’ requirements.

填写客户需要的新品表；

10、 Calculate Fine Wines’ amount & quantity by monthly and check the store.

每月核算代销酒的数量、金额，并核对库存；

11、 Regular update the sales report, sort out each sales manager’s plan list、promotional activities list、Analysis list of competitors and so on, and according to sales manager’s request to prepare related sales data, sales report.

每月固定更新销售数据表；整理每位销售人员的销售计划表、促销活动情况表、竞争对手分析表等；并根据售人员的要求随时准备数据、报表；

Main Responsibilities （Listed below but not limited to）

Ø Answering phone calls for ordering, and handle orders properly. 负责接听客户的订货电话，及时处理客户的订单。 Ø Provide product information support according to customer request. 根据客户需求提供产品信息服务。 Ø Contact with customer for revised order if there is shortage on stock, and confirm with customer on delivery time if delivery is not on time. 当仓库存货不足时，主动与客人联系并重新确认更改的品种和数量，如不能及时送货的订单，向客人说明并确定送货时间。 Ø Input order into SAP system, and print delivery form to warehouse for delivery. 准确输入客户订单到系统中，并打印送货单据给仓库进行备货和送货。 Ø Report to supervisor and related dept. if the order is not accompany with policy. 发现异常和不符合要求的订单，必须及时通知部门主管和相关部门。 Ø Follow up on delivery status and provide correct information to customer, make sure order is handled properly. 跟踪送货的状态，及时向客户提供准确的送货信息。确保客户订单能及时、有效的处理。
