　　主要职责：
　　Conducts chemical experiments, laboratory and application tests to develop or improve products in accordance with superior.
　　Draws up test plan having regard to the specification and internal testing agreement and checks for compliance. Controls in details testing program and schedule, and monitoring of samples according to the test plan.
　　Creates laboratory journal and administers test procedure documents, test results and sample keeping.
　　Operates laboratory processing and testing equipments. And carries out laboratory equipment maintenance to ensure performance consistency according to testing specifications.
　　Obeys all safety codes in daily work. Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.
　　招聘要求：
　　Bachelor degree with major in chemistry or chemical engineering
　　Analytical, execution and communicational skills
　　Professional work attitude and willingness to learn from and with one another
　　Basic computer skills in particular in Microsoft Office
　　Basic written and spoken English
