Position Vacancy –

Intern

Main responsibilities include:

Ø        Work on media list, invitation to journalists, and do clippings;

Ø        Perform quantitative desktop and coverage research;

Ø        Develop basic knowledge of PR and client service;

Ø        Set up and maintain positive media relations with tier-2 trade, lifestyle and general news media journalists;

Ø        Be a helpful team player, dealing openly with problems;

Ø        Perform desktop research for new business;

Ø        Show open and active attitude in establishing and maintaining network with journalists;

Ø        Work as on-site support in project management/implementation, taking reception work and producing photo album;

Ø        Actively contribute to media database;

Requirements of Job-Holder:

Ø        Bachelor degree or above, major in business management or advertisement or public relations is a plus;

Ø        Being fast-react, able to identify priority, able to optimize time-management to meet business goals.

Ø        Good communication skills, both in Chinese and in English;

Ø        Very positive working attitude, demonstrating passion for PR;

Ø        Able to work under pressure, able to handle repetitive routine work, ;

Ø        Showing down-to-the-earth working style;

Ø        Good inter-personal skills and great team worker;

Ø        Being a fast-learner
