职位说明：

Summary of job duties and responsibilities:

Be responsible for Payment arrangement to staff and supplier，cash management, bank account management, bank Guarantee Issuance, following the Account Receivable and declaring Foreign Exchange

Primary duties and responsibilities:

1. Perform invoice auditing and ensure all expense reports are filed in accordance to the company policy.

2. Properly maintain petty cash fund, accurate and timely process cash reimbursements.

3. Process check payment and other bank remittance /transfer

4. Post and reconcile bank accounting records, including cash book, general journals and bank sub-ledger.

5. Assist accounting supervisor in preparing bank/loan documents, monitoring bank balances.

6. Communicate and keep good relationship with SAFE and banks.

7. Prepare weekly cash collection report and cash forecast report.

8. Ad hoc projects assigned by Finance Manager.

Experience/qualifications requirements:

1. Accounting major at college / professional school (2/3 years)

2. Be familiar with PRC bank , loan processing and foreign exchange regulations

3. Relevant certificate (for cashier) and work experience (more than 1 year) at trading company in Wai Gao Qiao Free Trade Zone are preferable.

4. Good PC skill and can understand simple business English

5. Good communication skill, pleasant team player and can work independently with accuracy

6. High sense of responsibility and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
