1. JOB TITLE:  护发类产品研发专员

Product Development Senior Assistant / Technologist – Hair Care

      Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

-          Generate new ideas to meet varied consumer needs

-          Product making in lab/pilot plant

-          New material identification and qualification

-          Coordinate with Marketing, other Regional/Global technical team for new claims

-          Deriving product formulation to appropriate technical performance targets and quality standards

2．JOB TITLE:  洗涤类产品开发专员

      Product Development Senior Assistant / Technologist - Laundry

      Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

-          Execute technical and experimental tests and making interpretation and summary;

-          Formulation/raw material development work within Innovation/CEP projects;

-          Claim support for fabric clean product, interact with CTC claim and local authorities;

-          Close coordination & communication with CTC/RTC, Marketing, Supply Chain, QC;

-          Evaluation work and methodology development.

3. JOB TITLE:  护肤类产品资深专员

     Product Development Senior Assistant / Technologist – Skin Care

     Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

-          Assist technical leader to deliver assigned technical task (formulation development)

-          Work closely with process to scale up new formulation

-          Raw material validation and Spec. implementation

-          Communicate with CTI, marketing, supply chain etc. for Innovation project implementation

-          Drive new ideas for technical seeds

-          Support on cost-effectiveness program on raw materials and formulations

Requirements:

-          Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and related fields;

-          Fresh PhD acceptable; MS with minimum 3 years of experience; Bachelor with minimum 5 years of experience in R&D in multi-national companies;

-          Project management experience is preferred;

-          Basic formulation skill or laboratory & science experiments;

-          Able to work in a team as well as independently, goal oriented, self motivated, proactive and fast learner;

-          Good command of both oral and written English;

-          Excellent communication skills and team work spirit;

-          Good command of PC Skills
