Job description:
This is an entry level job, open to new graduates or college interns. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
1.Office administration: ensure the smooth operation of the whole office, office supplies inventory management and ordering.
2.Contract execution: follow up contract booking, shipment and payment items
3.Order processing: order entry, coordinate payment and order fulfillment.
4.Demo units management: check and record demo units, arrange delivery to other offices in China, handle import and export procedures.
5.Assistance to finance controller and senior admin.
Requirement:
1. College graduate, degree highly wanted though not must.
2. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
3. Strong written and verbal skills in English
4. Computer skills: Microsoft Office, especially Excel; fast and accurate Chinese input.
