1、负责项目的设计制作及美术策划
2、能够独立进行创意提案
3、对设计师进行专业指导
任职要求：
1、美术、设计相关专业，专科以上学历
2、熟练操作各种平面设计软件，具丰富的设计经验
3、熟悉广告行业和广告提案流程，能够独立提案
4、良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队合作精神
5、较强的创新思维能力、艺术鉴赏能力
