1、药物制剂专业，硕士以上学历，2年以上制剂研发工作经验（应届优秀毕业生也可考虑）；
2、对普通剂型具有一定开发经验，具有成功案例者优先考虑；
3、熟悉SFDA的药品注册法规和指导原则；
4、具有DDS新剂型相关调研、选项的能力优先考虑；
5、具有一定的英文读、写，听、说能力 （另需精通韩语者1-2名）
6、具有团队合作精神。
