General Description of this Position:（engineer，leader）
This position will be responsible for the testing and certification work of thespecific VxWorks versions (Safety Critical).

Job Descriptions:
Responsible for test/certification activities for Wind River specific VxWorksversions (Safety Critical).
Design/develop/port/configure and execute VxWorks on an embedded target
Design/Develop/Execute automated tests
Be able to work closely with related North American teams

Requirements:
Solid C programming skills in Unix environment or VxWorks platform
Background in embedded systems
Experiences in test processes, test development and test execution
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Strong trouble shooting skills

Desired Skills:
Familiar with scripting languages (Tcl, Perl or Shell)
Experience on test automation framework
Experience in Unix administration
Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols, network socket programming
Familiar with DO-178B/IEC-61508 or related certificationstandards

Job Description
---------------

This position is responsible for BSP, device drivers, and new CPU architecture development for VxWorks Certified Platforms.

Wind River VxWorks DO-178B Platform delivers the stringent foundation aerospace and defense (A&D) companies need to address the safety aspects of critical applications. Offering complete DO-178B certification evidence, the platform is based on Wind River's industry-leading VxWorks 6.x operating system and backed by 25 years of device software experience, a broad network of hardware and software partners, a world-class support organization, and a specialized professional services team.

Basic Requirements
------------------

- Bachelor degree (or above) of computer science, electronics or other related majors.
- Minimum of 3 years of BSP, device drivers development for embedded systems.
- Good understand to computer architecture and operating system.
- Strong program skills in C, assembly language.
- Strong knowledge in embedded system programming, device driver and tool chain.
- Familiar with any of the following processors architecture: x86, PowerPC, MIPS, ARM/XScale, ColdFire.
- Experience of low level device driver development and testing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork adaptability, self-motivated.
- Good oral and written English skills.

- Familiar with VxWorks operating system.
- Familiar with IA architecture.
- Familiar with RTCA DO-178B safety standards.
- One or more device driver programming experience on: UART, Ethernet, PCI/PCIe, Flash, USB.
