Position	Major Responsibilities	Basic Requirements:
Design Engineer	1.Drawings for approvals, manufacturing and sourcing. 2.Design to the requirements. 3.Technical support before mid & after sales.	1.Bachelor degree or above，major in mechanics or related,familiar with general machinery process 2.Be familiar with MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint) and Auto-CAD 3.At least 3 years working experience of industrial speed reducer or related gear drive production. 4.Fluent in both oral and written English.


Design Assistant Engineer	1.Basic design to the requirements. 2.Basic technical support.	1.Bachelor degree or above，major in mechanics or related. 2.Be familiar with MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint) and Auto-CAD 3.Fluent in both oral and written English.


R&D Engineer	Research and develop the new production for marketing request.	1.Master degree or above，major in mechanics or related,familiar with general machinery process 2.Be familiar with MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint) and Auto-CAD 3.Good knowledge and experience of industrial speed reducer or related gear drive production is a plus. 4.Fluent in both oral and written English.

Senior R&D Engineer	Research and develop the new production for marketing request.	1.Doctor degree or above，major in mechanics or related, familiar with general machinery process 2.Be familiar with MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint) and Auto-CAD 3.Good knowledge and experience of industrial speed reducer or related gear drive production is a plus. 4.Fluent in both oral and written English.
