SUMMARY:
The Service Administrator is responsible for Service center daily works, such as spare parts warehouse management, document management, service sales business, treat with customers’ requirements, CQAR system, SAP system, etc..

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be knowledgeable about configurations of the BU’ s products.
2. Be knowledgeable about Sauer-Danfoss Warranty Policy and service working procedures.
3. Contact appropriate Sauer-Danfoss Business Unit service sources to obtain information on service sales business.
4. Respond to customers’ inquiries on service assistance.
5. Provide service to support sales effort to customer.
6. Coordinate with related team for SAP system operation & maintenance.
7. Provide reports as required by Sauer-Danfoss organization.
8. Be knowledgeable about function and application of CQAR system.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Undergraduate in third year is preferred.
3. Can work at company at least 2 - 3 days per week.
4. Intern experience in customer service is a plus.
5. Good sense of customer service and good communication skill.
6. Good language skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
7. Strong PC skills on Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc..
