Job Description:
- Feedback to customer inquiries
- Fulfill customer special requirements according to SOP to achieve customer satisfaction
- Generate reports or other related documents to customer.
- To follow up trouble cases or irregularity shipments and feedback customer of alternative arrangements
- Keep good relation with customer to get more business in future
- Support operation team for daily shipment handling
- Update the operation staff on operational issues that requires their attention.
- Any handling instruction from customer needs be inform to related colleague timely
Job Requirement:
- College Degree or above, majoring in Economics or international trade is preferred.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin. CET-4 is a basic requirement.
- Good PC skills.
- Good communication skill. : Provides both verbal and written information in a timely, clear and concise manner. Expresses ideas effectively, adjusting style, tools and mode to the needs of others. Listens attentively, and summarizes or asks questions, when needed, to clarify information.
- Have the ability of analysis, planning & organization and problem solving skills.
- Have the ability of Self Management: Remains calm, objective and controlled in responding to urgent or demanding situations. Maintains effective performance under pressure. Stays positive.
- Teamwork player: Works cooperatively with others to achieve target and objectives. Accomplishes own tasks in support of team goals and actively offers to help colleagues. Supports group decisions.
- Strong ability of quick learning.
