Major Responsibilities:

• Leader of his group
• Responsible for meeting the targets within his group in terms of: quality, production volume, cost/budget, safety, training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive engineering, mechanics, electrics, material, welding or related fields
• Good English
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to learn
• Strong communication skill, good organization skill, team work
• Can work according to the shift plan

主要职责:

• 领导所在工段团队
• 负责达到本职责内工作目标，包括质量、生产量、成本控制、安全、培训、日常工作等.

任职要求:

• 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、电子、材料、焊接或相关专业
• 良好的英语水平
• 积极学习，具有责任感，优秀的沟通、组织能力，团队合作精神
• 可适应倒班工作
