招聘职位一：WCDMA无线技术支持工程师

Responsibilities & Main Tasks:

This job of WRAN Support Engineer in 3G WCDMA RAN area will involves:

·Provide daily support to 3G Implementation & Support towards Market Unit / Regional groups.

·Participate in WCDMA RAN trouble shooting, remote / on-site support and emergency recovery activities.

·Integration and verification support for 3G Trial Projects.

· Involve in the System / Function Verification and support activities.

· Technical interface towards Market Units and Product Design Units.

Required Skills:

Candidate should have the following qualification, skills and/or experiences:

·Bachelor degree in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering - Essential.

· At least 1 years experience in Ericsson WCDMA RAN nodes (RNC, RXI, RBS) - Desirable.

· Good knowledge of Radio network - Essential.

· Familiar to the Radio Access Network Support & Supply activities - Desirable.

· Familiar to 3GPP Standard. - Desirable.

·Good knowledge of Radio Signaling and IP networking - Desirable.

· Work well under high pressure.

·Flexible, showing initiative, perseverance and have good communication & co-operation skills.

· Strong team-work, and willing to take challenge.

· Willing to travel on short notice.

· Pro-active, customer-oriented with good customer communications.

· Good command of English (verbal and written)

招聘职位二：无线网络优化规划工程师

 

Responsibilities & Main Tasks:

 

The main responsibility as Radio NW Consultant is to complete services solution to meet customers business needs. It includes all Radio NW aspects from beginning to end, Radio NW Planning  and Radio NW Optimization. Radio NW Consultants are also responsible for providing Business development and Sales Support within area of expertise.

 

In more than 75% working time will travel outside Beijing.

 

The Radio Network Consultant work tasks are:

·Designing radio network for GSM, WCDMA, or TDSCDMA.

·Consultancy on radio network optimization and performance improvement.

 Note: All activities need to be performed with close interaction with the customer.

 

 

 

Required Skills:

·GSM/WCDMA Radio Knowledge (Radio Propagation, Radio Characteristics, Cellular NW principle, Interference, Traffic estimation)

·Performance Analysis (Air Interface Protocol analysis, Voice, CS, PS analysis)

·Minimum a Bachelor of Science certificate in Computer Area/Telecommunications or equivalent.

·Excellent English skill both oral and writing ability is mandatory.

·Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge is essential.

·Strong IT/IP knowledge is much more preferred.

·Good communication skills with ability to work in multi-ethnical environment.

·Broad knowledge within the field of radio communication systems

·Willing to travel for short or long assignments, willing to work hard for the company and personal development

招聘职位三：系统综合网络开发工程师

工作职责：

·招聘系统综合网络开发工程师，主要工作针对核心网软交换和数据网络;

·代表爱立信，向客户提供系统综合支持服务；

·这项工作需要大量的出差，70%在中国和亚大区，也有其他的地方，有时会突然通知。

 

任职资格：

·2009年应届毕业生，计算机相关专业本科学历以上；

·英文说写流利；

·优先考虑具有较强IT/IP知识的，IT/IP CCIE/CCNP证书或相关的经验；

·良好的沟通能力，很强的适应能力；

·具备电信IS/IT经验的优先；

·需要长期和短期的出差。
