Position: Intern in Human Resources Department

Location: Beijing

1.      Opportunity to work in a global company; experience the Dell culture; gain an understanding of various HR functions 和 Dell HR management processes. You will also gain skill sets in HR reporting . 

2.      In managing the HR Reporting process, you will assist  in generating HR reports  & help in the data analysis

3.      By working with the HR Learning & Development team in providing logistics support for training 和 vendor co-ordination, you will develop an understanding of our learning function

4.       We will also expect you to provide onsite co-ordination support  to our HR Generalists 和 other HR specialist functions as well as an opportunity to participate in some HR projects relating to talent management

2.      Strong learning ability

3.      Detail oriented 和 team player

4.      Good communication/interpersonal skills

5.      Proficient English (Written 和 spoken) & MS office skill is must. Good excel skills is important

6.      Ideally, you should have an interest to pursue a career in human resources

7.      Human resource & English major is preferred
