Responsibility:
§
Own daily operation of Supply Chain Solution systems for P&W IMpact Asia, including Kronos, Maximo, related interfaces, etc.
§
Facilitate issue resolving among end users and support teams to ensure SLA compliance and user satisfaction
§
Host operation rhythm with support teams
§
Outage management and communication
§
Manage support documentation
§
Drive support excellence by establishing and maintaining Support Metrics
§
Refine Support Process & update Support Procedures
Requirements:
§
Senior undergraduate or postgraduate in IT related major, CS, MIS, EE, etc.
§
Quick leaner
§
Team player
§
Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
§
Fluent in English, both oral and written
§
Ready to work under pressure & Result-focused
§
Preliminary leadership skills
§
At least 3-day internship per week
§
At least 8-month internship
