   China Education Program Development Officer / Summer Intern

Organization:        Foundation Asia Limited is an international educational organization based in Hong Kong that offers (a) Asia-based cultural exposure programs for high-achieving international students around the world; and (b) overseas education counseling service for Asian students toward top high schools and universities in North America, United Kingdom, and Continental Europe.

Job:                       (a) Help design, develop, and manage different China-based education programs and curricula for international students; (b) research, screen, and liaise with program faculty members and teaching assistants; (c) plan out and coordinate various program logistic needs; (d) lead student tours within Shanghai and to other major cities and cultural sites in China.

Candidate:            Candidate should be graduating with an undergraduate or graduate university degree.  [Second-to-last-year candidates with exceptional credentials can also apply.]  Prior experience in education, edu-travel, hospitality industries strongly desired.  Volunteering participation for social causes in local / international NGOs highly valued.  An avid traveler throughout China; independent and resourceful.  Well-traveled within the Greater Shanghai area.  Passionate about world cultures and social causes.  Pleasant and outgoing; self-disciplined and organized.  Fluent English; Shanghainese a plus.

Nature:                  Free Lance; Full-time; Summer internship with potential evolving into Permanent position.

Hours:                    Project-based; weekend work may apply.

Compensation:      Commensurate with experience.
