Job Description:
ExxonMobil Chemical is currently building its newest technology center in Zizhu Science-Based Industrial Park in Min Hang District, Shanghai. The Shanghai Technology Center (STC) will begin operations in mid-2010. In preparation for commencement of operations, STC is inviting applications from interested candidates to join us as Technicians.
Position description:
- Operate equipment in STC's process halls and laboratories to generate, collect and record data for testing programs. The equipment include film lines, injection molders, extruders and laboratory analytical and testing equipment
- Ensures equipment has high level of operational effectiveness
- Troubleshoots operating conditions to ensure compliance with test protocol
- Partners with scientists and engineers to develop and implement testing programs
Requirements:
- University graduate with a Bachelors degree in Engineering of Science
- Good English language proficiency
- Dedication to detail, independent worker yet good team player with strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity
