Position

 

Consultant Trainee (Guangzhou)

 

Key Responsibilities and Career Development Plan

 

1)     As consultant trainee, he or she will support and assist Consultant to conduct executive search to complete client assignments.

2)     The successful candidate will join FMC as a consultant assistant. The jobholder is expected to be equipped with a basic, but systematic understanding for working in FMC and executive search industry. Continuous and systematic on-job coaching and training will be provided later on.

3)     After one or two years training, coaching and working practice, the jobholder is expected to complete client assignments independently.

 

Depending on the jobholder's performance and capability, his/her career development in FMC will go through the following route:  Assistant-- Recruitment Specialist-Associate Consultant---Consultant (Team Leader) --- Partner.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

Skills and Previous Exposure:

1)      Systematic and analytical, being quick learner and team player.

2)      Smart, energetic and ready to take challenges.

3)      Around one year’s sales/marketing related or MNC working experience is preferred.

4)      Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

5)      Proficient in English and Mandarin.

6)      Bachelor Degree or above.

 

Preferred Personality Type:

1) Hardworking and enjoy work life.

2) Ambitious, aggressive but mature and patient.

3) Outstanding learning ability and systematic in achieving results.

 

Others:

1) Preferred age between 22 and 28.

2) Previous executive search experience is slightly preferred, but not an advantage.
