Position: Career Advisor (5)
Duties and Responsibilities
Acquire quality candidates and conduct phone/face-to-face interview based on structured questionnaires. Assess candidate objectively and give proper guidance to candidates regarding their career path, goal, expectation, etc. Able to think out of the box to initiate any new channels for quality candidates’ acquisition.
Work with Recruiting Advisor, who is interfacing our clients, to introduce appropriate job orders to interviewed candidates.
Follow up candidates who are presented to clients for the whole recruitment process. Prepare candidates well before their interview with client. Provide support in offer negotiation, offer signing and on-boarding.
Keep a good relation with candidates. Regularly warm up with candidates to keep posted of their updates in career life.
Work on system as instructed. Update system on a timely manager in regarding to candidates’ career history, skills, interview comments, etc.
Support management team in conducting the candidate market search and stay tuned with the market trend. Share candidate market knowledge with Recruiting Advisors.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Good English & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet.
Strong listening skills
Pro-active / Flexible / Self-driven.
Adaptable in approach and work style to changing demands, circumstances, and fast-paced environments
Optimistic and hard-working character.
Quick to learn and able to work under pressure.
