1、英文客户服务专员 (香港业务)
处理外籍客户解答客户咨询并推介本公司电讯服务；
处理外籍客户对电讯服务的更改、投诉及建议。
纯正及流利粤语、国语及英语，懂计算机操作；
大专或以上学历，可承受一定工作压力，并接受轮班工作
薪酬最高可达RMB4000元，并提供良好的晋升平台。

Handle telephone enquiries and promote company products and services to foreigners
Handle change service requests and complaints with solutions to foreign customers
Outgoing, patient, responsible and with good communication skill
Pure & fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English and computer knowledge is a must
College graduate or above
Can work under pressure and shift duty is required

负责公司内部培训教材的编写及开展培训工作；
大专以上，粤语、普通话标准流利，有一定的英文应对及阅读水平；
具良好沟通技巧，语言及文字表达能力强；
责任心重，悟性高，学习能力强，有较强的团队合作意识。
3、电话营销员（香港业务）
透过电话向境外客户推介有关电讯优惠及增值服务,新客挖掘，旧客挽留等业务类型；
粤语标准、流利，有一定英文基础，表达流畅；
工作时间：09：00-22：00(在此段时间内轮班)，每周休一天。
合同期待遇：(基本底薪 福利)(￥1000-￥1100) 丰厚提成 饭餐补贴
4、电话营销员（国内业务）
透过电话为国内大型电讯运营商客户提供电讯增值服务、电讯优惠等服务；
普通话标准、流利，懂粤语；懂闽南语或潮汕语或客家语优先考虑；
合同期待遇：(基本底薪 福利)(￥800-￥900-) 丰厚提成 饭餐补贴
