Position Summary: The Intern Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Customer Care Centre is mainly responsible for doing customer surveys via phone and maintaining results to system.
Responsibilities:
Do regular customer satisfaction surveys
Input and maintain survey results in system
Consolidate survey results and generate reports
Inform related parties for necessary follow-up actions timely based on customers’ feedback
Other service operations in Customer Care Center when required (Estimated 20% workload only
Requirements:
100% Customer focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-managed with a sense of responsibility and accountability for the work
General computer experience, including reasonable level of Word and Excel
English or Cantonese is a strong asset but not necessary
Others:
Flexible working hours, but ensure 5-8 working days per month according to actual working arrangement
