General Purpose
To process accounting transactions and reporting in accordance with process design, concept and service levels defined in the Service Description.

Main Responsibility Area
Defined responsibility area in SAS Direct Purchases and Make Services.

Scope
Individual Contributor - Participates as individual contributor to team, usually in a support role or entry level professional. Semi - routine or standard tasks. Decision making limited to standard applications in own work.

 Impact
Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Errors may have limited impact on function/project/customer.

 Key Tasks
1. SERVICE DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE: - Processing accounting transactions and reporting in accordance with process design, concept and service levels defined in the Service Description - Contributing to continuous learning by own exemplary behavior.
2. QUALITY - Proposing and performing corrective actions when quality controls reveal errors in the process performance. - Performing issue resolution activities in accordance with the SAS support model. - Ensuring that the deliverables are compliant with internal and external quality requirements (e.g. NAS, NARI, SOX). - Applying SAS management process to escalate deviances from set targets -
3. COOPERATION - Communicating with colleagues and participating in communication with business partners and other SAS teams. - Promoting continuous learning by own exemplary behavior.

Colleagues in other SAS processes and locations; Business Partners in other processes and functions as defined in the Service Description

Individual Portfolio
Degree in accounting and work experience in financial accounting will be perfer. On top of this, you have a good working knowledge of SAP and Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
It will also be an asset if you have a good understanding (speaking and listening) of Bahasa Indonesia, Bengali, Japanese or the other languages of South East Asia.

Environment
Most work carried out according to procedures. Operates within guidelines for non-standard situations. Requires supervision and coaching from SLM or peers. Gathers relevant information to support problem solving and decision making.
