Job Description
(1)Daily office operation:
Answer and transfer all incoming calls;
Visitors welcoming;
Handle and manage all incoming and outgoing mail/packages/courier services;
Receive and distribute faxes and ensure copy machine/fax machine/printer and related facilities work properly;
Office stationary and other office daily goods purchasing and stock control, and prepare related check requisition;
Be responsible for administrative preparation;
Arrange meeting room and related facilities;
Security system and key management;
Car administration
(2)Issue Purchase Requistion and Office expense application
(3)flights booking
Requirement
(1) A college graduate or above
(2) Fluent in writing & verbal English (CET6)
(3) Proficient PC skills, especially PPT, EXCEL etc
(4) Good communication skill and can work efficiently under the time pressure
(5) Effective time management and Quick learner
(6) Come to office 2-3 days one week
