Job Description of IT Developer
Position Information

Title：IT Developer
Report to: IT Director of New Leaders International Group;
Location: Beijing, China

Major Responsibilities
1. Online application development
Develop web apps, database maintenance.
2. Server maintenance
Working with Linux server, for service such as Apache, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Postfix...
3. Internal IT support
 Provide IT support for internal staff, includes MS office, Adobe PDF/Design software, networking problem, and backup.
 Internal network maintenance, printing, networking, NAS, MS Serve 2003.
Technical Skills
1. Basic Skill
 usual MS Office skill
 understanding on computer software and hardware
 understanding on database structure and function (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
 basic networking knowledge
 experience on Linux (FC6) over remote (will be plus)
 basic graphic modification and simple design (will be plus)

2. Good In
 ColdFusion (7/8) CFML
 HTML / CSS
 JavaScript
 Simple XML / Ajax
Soft Skills and Competencies

Experiences
 No work experience is required, but any experience on web development project will be a major plus

Education
 Bachelor Degree or above
