1. At least 2 of in-depth MySQL system administration experience in production environments

2. Strong knowledge of MySQL basic concepts, commands, and administration

3. Strong knowledge of server security, threats, and management

4. Experience with the most of the tools and systems listed above in Responsibilities

5. Experience troubleshooting problems in every server area such as crashes, stability, and performance

6. Be willing to do overtime job as needed for projects & production systems maintenance requirements

7. Strong analytical, problem solving, self study, teamwork and user support skills/attitudes are required

8. Effective spoken and written English and Chinese communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with end-users, peers and management and provide technical leadership as needed
