Position: Support Engineer (Guangzhou)
Responsibilities
The Support Engineer is for assigned CSR responsible for that an answer is given to the customer within the required time limit.
Main activities
· Working with CSR assigned, while using SCS according to global processes and procedures.
· If the CSR not can be answered/solved within the time limit, escalation to GSD or other NSG within the MU ELS.
· Monitoring the CSR while an answer/solution is created
· Reviewing the answer/solution received from GSD/other NSG
· Forwarding the answer/solution to CIC and present the answer/solution to the customer and closing of the CSR
· Maintain system configuration records for SW, Market Features and Network Configurations for assigned customer
· Giving guidance amongst Operation & Maintenance instructions
· Implementation of proactive maintenance procedures
· Assist the SDM in collecting ISP data as well as reporting of data into the ISP Statistics tool.
· Performing all activities necessary to ensure In-Service Performance objectives for the assigned customer are achieved.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in telecommunications or Datacom
Focus on quick response to customer demands
Possess strong team building and leadership skills, works well under pressure
Able to act on their own initiative, especially in areas of self development
Good in both oral and written English
