Job Description:
1)Assist individual players in game and responsible for the general function of many aspects of our online world.
2)Accountable for the timely and efficient response to secure a positive customer service experience via IM, BBS, Email, WEB, etc. in English.
3)Moderate gamers’ behavior to provide and maintain fair environments to our customers.
4)Responsible for the implementation of online game events.
5)Monitor online game servers status.
6)Assist in game testing and BUGs collecting.
Requirements:
1)Familiar with Office software, typing speed must be more than 50 words/min
2)Willing to accept the work shift (especially the night-shift).
3)Good communication skill.
4)Keen interest in online games.
5)Customer service experience in relevant industry is preferred.
6)Proficient English skill. CET-6 and above (or equivalent) in written English. Spoken English is preferred but not required.
