Job Description
· Resin synthesis to develop, improve, and customize the formulations required to meet the wide range of customer requirements in China Packaging market sectors. Assist with process improvements to the plant as required.
· Write technical papers, research reports, and prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and test methods.
· Work closely and effectively with Packaging Coatings Sales and TS personnel to understand customer needs; assist with audits and line trials in customer’s plants as required.

Desirable Educational Background:
Bachelor or Master Degree – Chemistry and/or Chem. Eng.
Minimum Educational Background: University
Desirable Working Experience:
Not applicable for new college graduates; but candidates with industrial experience will be screened as potential new hires.
Minimum Working Experience:
For candidates with industrial experience, 2+ years is desired.
Other Desirable Attributes:
Language & Dialects: Written English required; good oral English skills is preferred
