Internship position 1: Government Affairs
Internship position 2: Assistant Accountant

Internship position 1: Government Affairs
Responsibiliy: Admin&secretarial support with GA fuction in China
Selection Criteria:
1. Good at English
2. Extrovert, Interpersonal & communication skills
3. Good at Microsoft Office Tools
Required Majors:
1. English
2. International Relation or Public Affairs etc.
Preferred Universities: Beijing University, Qinghua University, Foreign Language University, UIBE


Internship position 2: Assistant Accountant
Responsibiliy: T&E checking
Selection Criteria:
1. Good at English
2. Extrovert, Interpersonal & communication skills
3. Good at Microsoft Office Tools
Required Majors:
1. Accounting
2. Financial
3. Economic


Internship position 3: MARCOM Coordinator
Responsibiliy:
Assist Asst. Marketing Communications Manager in implementing company marketing communication related activities, e.g. advertisement, exhibition, event and other promotional items, implement and monitor marketing related projects with the objective of supporting sales to increase win opportunities, promoting company brand and market exposure within company sales and marketing strategy, and Asst. Marketing Communications Manager's supervision.
1. Policies and Procedures (10%)
(i) Implement corporate policies and procedures; implement new department policies, procedures and systems in order to comply with corporate strategy and direction.
(ii) Provide advice on policies/procedures of other function teams in order to comply with corporate strategy.
2. Brand Management (10%)
(i) Assist in implementation on advertisement and promotional programs, e.g.company profile production and distribution, etc. in order to promote company brand and market exposure.
(ii) Prepare company brand related material based on corporate guideline in order to keep company image consistency.
3. Internal Communication (30%)
(i) Collect industry needs, new product development trend from sales in order to report to superior for further valuation.
(ii) Implement marketing activities and support sales and other function team for marketing activities, e.g. providing sales tools etc. in order to ensure all operation smoothly and comply with internal policies.
4. External Communication (30%)
(i) Collect external marketing activities information, e.g. competitor news and sales inquries, and pass these information to Asst. Marketing Communications Manager for further follow up in order to obtain more accurate information.                                                                                                                                                        (ii) Source, negotiate with suppliers, control delivery quality and continue monitor them in order to well control budget and keep good company image.
(iii) Keep relationship with media and release company and new product information to media in order to get more company exposure.
5. Project Management (20%)
(i) Assist in implementation marketing related projects in order to ensure project operation smoothly.
(ii) Collect the information and feedback from other teams in order to report the result to assist Marketing Communications Manager.
Selection Criteria:
1. Good Microsoft programs such word, excel, ppt and etc.
2. Good English writing, communications skill
3. Be creative and open minded
Required Majors: MARCOM related 
Preferred Universities: Beijing University, Qinghua University, Foreign Language University, UIBE


Internship position 4: Marketing Specialist
Responsibiliy:
Assist in implementing eDM programs, maintain customer database and support teams with the objective of promoting brand image and increasing product sale within brand strategy and marketiing promotion plan:
1. eDM program (100%)
Involve in eDM program, collect and process customer data, collect feekback, find sales opportunities via analysing feedback and enquiries
Selection Criteria:
1. Knowledge of computer and network                     
2. Good communication skill                      
3. Detail and execution driven
4. Good English communication skill         
5. Data processing skill
6. Be patient and meticulous                                                                          
7. Strong negotiation and communication skills   
Required Majors:
1. Marketing Management        
2. Marketing Communication     
3. Information Technology
