Primary Responsibilities:
We are looking for motivated individuals seeking a challenging career with excellent academic, international exposure, willing to travel abroad for their future career and demonstrated leadership & analytical skills to apply for Turbomachinery Leadership Program.
Our Trainee Program allows you to get to know our Application Engineer team and to be involved in challenging projects with real business impact.
At the end of your project you will present your results to our senior leader and if you pass this test you will join the Turbomachinery Leadership Program- top GE entry level opportunity for future leaders.
Qualifications Required:
Recent university graduates or, if students, only not more than 6 month away from graduation
You graduated in Engineering with Excellent Academic Results
You had an international experience (school exchange or Internship abroad), preferably in a mechanical/engineering company
You have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
You speak & write fluent English, in addition to your local language
You are highly mobile and available to travel at short notice within Europe and Italy
