1. 接听以及转接电话
2. 接待来访者，安排会议室以及相关后勤工作
3. 接收，纪录并分发邮件和快递
4. 根据员工的出差行程，预定和纪录旅行车票、机票以及酒店。
5. 负责相关的行政付款。
要求：
大专或大专以上学历在校学生
良好的沟通能力
良好的英文听说读写能力
提供每周5天的出勤时间
Mission:
To answer and transfer telephone,
To welcome visitors, arrange the meeting room and logistic needs
To receive letters & mails, record and distribute them to each department accordingly.
To book and record air & train tickets & hotel for staffs based on their travel schedules.
To In charge of admin payment
Requirements:
Education: colleague
Open, good communication, high sense of responsibility
Good command of English & Chinese
Good computer skills( MS office)
5 days per week

SSIC is the only JV in China, which has been authorized to manufacture Telemecanique TeSys & D2 series contactors- the worldwide leader of industrial control products and related accessories. SSIC mainly produces the world-famous electrical brand Telemecanique series:
