Customer Service Representative 客户服务代表

Responsibilities:

1.     Supporting Employer's customers using Employer's Language Learning and Teaching Solutions concerning all the questions they may have on Employer's tools, their training program, their English Language Learning and on any technical problems they may encounter.

2.     Employee shall also read Employer's documentation on the products and services for which he/she shall assist costumers.

3.     Employee may from time to time perform proofreading, perusal, or corrections of documents prepared by Employer.

4.     Reporting on his/her activity to his/her Manager and transmission of the questions on hold and unsolved problems to designated experts. 

Qualifications:

1.     B.A. or above in English or related major.

2.     English teaching experience.

3.     Proficient oral and written English ability.

4.  Customer service sense.
