Responsibilities:
I. Recruitment Support
-Test, interview & medical check arrangement
-Assist in staff check in/out process/records
-Prepare employment contract, probation review form/letter, employment related certificates

II. Training Logistics
-Taking Training Record for internal staffs
-Collect the enrollments from diverse departments for specific training class
-Prepare the signature form before the class
-Prepare the specific training materials before class
-Class room setting

- Assist to organize orientation to all new hires on time and support all training and development programs for all employees.

-Help to order and receive training materials

III. Department Administration

-Logistics support for staff activities or gifts
-Secretary support for department

- Develop and maintain human resource database, computer software systems, and manual filing systems
-Other assignment based on requirement

Qualifications :
-Fresh graduate or year 2 or 3 student, major in HR or related subjects
-Good command of Excel, Word, Outlook
-Excellent Chinese and English writing skill
-Patient, focus on detail

- Teamwork, forward thinking, customer focus and deliver results are necessary to have.
- Hands-on and able to work under pressure and respect schedule/deadline.
- available to work at least 4 days for at least 6 months
