无锡康明斯涡轮增压技术有限公司是由康明斯涡轮增压技术有限公司与无锡动力工程股份有限公司合建的中英合资企业，成立于 1996 年，公司致力于为国内客户提供世界一流的涡轮增压产品和服务。依靠康明斯涡轮增压技术全面的技术和管理支持及高素质的员工队伍，公司一直保持着行业领先地位。

Product Engineer 产品工程师
Brief description of responsibilities
- Report to group leader.
- Development and approval of turbocharger components and assemblies.
- Carrying out assigned tasks within time and budget.
- Liaison with customers and suppliers both inside the company and outside.
- Provide engineering support to external and internal customers, including Manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Contribute to improvement of procedures and processes in Engineering Department.
- Occasional business travel within China and possibly overseas.
Special knowledge skill and ability requirement
- Knowledge of diesel engines and turbo charging technology would be beneficial
- Innovative.
- Ability to plan technical projects.
- Gives instructions clearly, checks for understanding.
- Good presentation skills.
- Clear technical reports
- Capable of conducting technical meetings in both English and Chinese language.
- Good written English and Chinese.
Education experience
- Educated in mechanical engineering or similar discipline.
Application Engineer 应用工程师
Brief description of responsibilities
- Master information of customer demands timely. Be able to combine new product development with the strategy of new product development situation of the Company so as to generate yearly/quarterly/monthly engineering application work plan. Be able to implement the work after getting approval.
- Timely apply Turbo to the engine of the OE customers and do all the best to ensure successful application to meet the satisfaction of the customers and application specification of CTT engineering requirements.
- Provide various technical service to customers.
- Collect and coordinate the information of international and domestic industry developing trends for relevant people’s reference.
- Make out work report and technical report and be able to keep them filing in time.
- Be confidential.
- Provide training and guidance to others.
