职位名称 - 咨询顾问

职责描述

1. 严格按照公司及项目规定的工作标准及服务流程，为客户提供留学咨询服务；

2. 了解客户申请留学所需要的相关背景情况，为客户设计切实可行的留学方案；

3. 积极跟进潜在客户，促进签约业绩；

4. 按项目工作分配，参与项目内部的培训，不断学习、更新业务知识；

5. 按公司安排，积极参与项目推广和公司营销活动。

 

岗位要求

1. 具备很强的学习能力，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；

2. 优秀的沟通能力和销售意识，有一定的销售经验，有同类工作从业经验者优先；

3. 本科以上学历；英语娴熟，大学英语八级以上水平；

4. 有责任感，思维灵活，耐心细致；

5. 熟悉各类办公软件的操作。

 

职位名称 - 文案专员

职责描述

1. 严格按照公司及项目规定的工作标准及服务流程，配合团队及其他同事提供 

  高质量的文书制作和支持服务；

2.翻译客户申请资料，包括个人陈述、推荐信、简历、证书、资金证明等；

3.了解客户申请留学的相关背景情况，进行文书策划和撰稿；

4.及时有效的和客户保持沟通，保证客户资料的更新；

5.协助外教管理学生及班级；

6.按项目工作分配，参与项目内部的培训，不断学习、更新业务知识。

 

岗位要求

1. 英语本科学历以上，获得TEM 8证书；

2. 热爱文书工作，中英文写作能力佳；

3. 具备很强的学习能力，能迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；

4. 有SAT 或 TOEFL教学经验者优先；

5. 具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识；

6. 高度责任感，耐心细致；

7. 熟悉各类办公软件的操作。

Basic Qualification
