 Qualifications
 You must be a student currently pursuing a Master's degree and has passion to work at Intel Learning and Development; Organizational Development or Human Resource group or preferably worked in a related field. Additional qualifications include:
- Capability to drive into details
- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Team player and quick learner
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Good skills in Microsoft* Office*
- Facilitating, process development and/or implementation and/or monitoring, data analysis, and problem solving skills
- Hard working
- Can work at least 4 days a week for half a yr

 Responsibilities  
 In this position, you will be responsible for the Shenzhen site Learning and Development roadmap deployment and will be providing logistics to site Learning and Development Consultants, which includes coordination with SSC; instructor solicitation; training room and calendar booking; course building; course promotion; reschedule and/or cancel communication session; enrollment check and report run out ; training material order or preparation; close the course; material update; wrap up e-mails; meeting minutes and others. You will be running country ILD dashboard and quarterly instructor newsletter. Your scope could be expanded to other sites per assignment. For project level, you are expected to provide support to annual instructor recognition and/or development event logistic support; team face-to-face support and others.
