Responsibilities:
-Resolve oversea customers queries and problems on our software.
-Communicate and work closely with the engineering team on reported problems or enhancements.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in English or Computer Science, Pass TEM-8.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in oversea customer support.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Willing to work in shifts(have 1or 2 times every month).
-Self-motivated and good problem solving skills.
-Able to work independently and under pressure.
