Position 1: Quality Engineer (1 vacancy)
Main Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain the quality system with the objective of meeting related ISO standards and customers' requirement within the department's policies, procedures and system guidelines.
1. Quality System (30%)
Draft quality procedure, plan and establish the quality system, maitain the routine job in order to meet the related ISO standards and customer's requirement.
2. Internal Quality Audit (30%)
Develop the internal quality plan and form the internal audit team; assign tasks according to the checklist; monitor the audit process and conduct key audit activities; generate internal audit report; and evaluate and validate the effectiveness of the corrective actions in order to resolve internal quality issues.
3. Customer Complaint (20%)
Communicate with customer and orginize MRB to conduct root cause analysis and make corrective and preventive actions in order to effectively resolve product quality issues and address customer complains.
4. Product Quality Issue Resolution (20%)
Review NCR report from operators for specific product lines; mark, trace and isolate the non-conforming product and summarize the results; cooperate with MRB to conduct root cause analysis and make corrective and preventive actions in order to reffectively resolve product quality issues.
Selection Criteria:
1. Good oral and written English (MUST)
2. Bachelor with engineering background
3. Good communication skills, organized and construction
Required Majors: Mechanical related majors

Position 2: HV Component Technician (1 vacancy)
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement process improvement plans; and implement product migration projects with the objective of meeting operation plans and cost reduction targets within established department policies and general engineering principles.
1. Process Maintenance (30%)
Monitor existing production operations to identify process issues; evaluate process capability variation; conduct relevant analyses; and initiate process improvement actions in order to meet production requirements and ensure smooth production.
2. Production Monitoring (30%)
Monitor the production process, control production lead time and coordinate internal resources in order to resolve issues which will impact delivery progress.
3. Process Improvement (20%)
Develop and implement process improvement plans and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) in order to improve production yield.
4. Process Document Management (20%)
Draft and update process documents; gather and key the process/product related data into the systemin order to ensure that complete process documentation is available for reference when required.
Selection Criteria:
1. Good oral and written English (MUST)
2. Bachelor in high voltage insulation
3. Communication skills, innovation, accountability

Position 3: Maintenance Technician (2 vacancies)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment and machinery with the objective ensuring equipment and machinery functional reliability and production efficiency.
2. Provide technical support to maintenance engineer during the project in order to ensure equipment functional reliability and production efficiency improvement.
3. Solve production equipment issues; and monitor the correct usage of equipment in production line.
Selection Criteria:
1. College or Bachelor with engineering background
2. Hardworking under high pressure
3. Be willing to work in production line
