职位描述：

岗位职责：
1、 与环境工程咨询师、公司客户沟通合作了解项目需求及目标；

2、 项目开发资源评估，编制软件开发及项目进度计划；

3、 协同其他软件工程师进行环境工程相关软件的设计与开发；

4、 软件功能、稳定性等调试、测试；

5、 项目开发进度及状况报告；

6、 编制软件设计说明、用户手册等；

7、 协助客户提供技术支持；

8、 收集客户反馈，提出软件改进方案；

9、 能适应中、短期国内、外（美国）出差。

岗位要求：
1、 研究生及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，有GIS、环境工程等专业背景者优先；
2、 精通、C#或；

3、 精通Javascript、 ASP、 HTML、CSS、 XML等网络编程语言，精通AJAX；

4、 熟悉多层和分布式开发，具有良好的代码编写风格和习惯；
5、 熟悉SQL Server数据库系统，有数据库设计、性能优化以及SQL存储过程编写的经验； 
6、 具有完整的应用开发周期经验，熟悉设计、编码、测试、部署等各阶段工作，有一定的项目开发管理经验； 
7、 具有熟练的英文文档阅读和编写技巧，良好的英文听、说、读、写水平； 
8、 熟悉网络安全相关知识； 

9、 善于沟通，能适合团队工作。

Job Description:

1, Cooperate with environmental consultants and clients for specific project requirement and target;

2, Assess resource for the project and make software development plan;

3, Cooperate with environmental consultants to develop environmental software;

4, Software functions and stability debug and test;

5, Report the project status to the supervisor;

6, Edit the design instruction, user guide for the software;

7, Provide technical support to the clients;

8, Collect feedback from the clients and provide software improvement proposal;

9, Available to travel, including international travel;

Skills / Experience

1, Master degree or above with a major of computer science or relevant, and whom with GIS or Environmental Engineering background will be preferred;

2, Familiar with APNET, C# or VB .net;

3, Familiar with Javascript, ASP, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX;

4. Familiar with Multi-Tiered Distributed Systems, has good coding style.

5. Good knowledge and experience in SQL Server database design and development (stored procedures, constraints, indices, etc.), good skill to Optimize database performance.

6. Familiar with every stage of software development life cycle (Initiation/planning, Requirements gathering and analysis, Design, Build or coding, Testing, Operations and maintenance), experience in project management.

7, Fluent oral English and written English;

8, Familiar with network security and relevant;

9, Good communication skills and team spirit of cooperation;
