Accountabilities:

1.With strong business acumen and clarity on business objectives, intense involvement in programming, testing, implementation and maintenance of systems.
2.Preparation and update of project documentation deliverables such as functional spec, technical spec and other related system documents in accordance to the standard.
3.Assists with technical and consultative support to business users.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above in computer science or equivalent；
2.Strong analytical and problem solving ability
3.Understanding of system development process；
4.A good team player with initiative；
5.Good communication skills and good service attitude；
6.Good command of both spoken and written English；
7.Willing to work independently and under pressure；
8.Knowledge of insurance business is preferred；
9.Understanding of quality control process is preferred；
