Key Responsibilities:
1 help to consolidate filing
2 design drawing(CAD/Sketchup etc) for small renovation
3 fill in online payment request
4 prepare a complete set of payment request with receipts/approvals/contracts
5 update filing list regularly
6 update rental spread sheet
7 keep & update record of all renovation / maintenance costs of each center
8 help to download map from google earth
Requirements: (Candidates' backgroud, Essential skills/experience/ Education/Personality etc.)
1. can use AutoCAD to draw floor plan
2 can use Photoshop
3 can use Sketchup to draw 3D design
4 experience in Microsoft office(Excel/Word/Project etc)
5 experience in PPT
6 Fluency in English, especially in reading and writing
7 attention to detail
2-3 days per week, for 1-2 years
