招聘职位：Java Technical Architect
招聘对象：研究生
主要职责：
1.Works as a member of the Technical Architecture Team
2.Responsible for leading the team of junior architects
3.Provides technical consultancy to Development Team
4.Performs design and code review
5.Responsible for establishing technical standards and practices

要求：
Must have
1.Expert Java/Web/DB development skills (e.g. Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Multithreading, Transactions, Web Security)
2.Ability to coach and mentor technical staff
3.Creativity and enthusiastic personality
4.Good design skills
5."Love for technology"
6.Genuine interest in learning and keeping up to date with emerging development standards and technologies.
7.Relatively good spoken/written English (technical writing, presentations)

Nice to have
1.Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2.Experience in developing and designing frameworks
3.Experience with Websphere Application Server, Websphere Portal Server, Websphere MQ,  Oracle and Sun Solaris
4.Knowledge of design/modeling standards (UML, design patterns etc.)
5.Knowledge of database design, experience with Oracle;
6.Knowledge of application security issues such as authentication, authorization and auditing;
