1. 向内外部客户提供配电产品技术支持服务
2. 通过内外部客户的电话描述，进行准确快速的判断，并迅速解答关于产品选型，指标咨询，及故障排除等问题
3. 每月进行客户反馈及问题咨询及解答情况的总结并汇总成报告形式
4. 定期与市场及销售部门进行客户信息及问题的分享，帮助进行销售机会的挖掘
5. 定期组织销售部门的产品培训，协助提升销售人员的产品技术能力
Requirement
1. 电气自动化相关专业本科及其以上学历（09年应届毕业生申请者须为硕士学历）
2. 具备良好的沟通能力及客户服务意识
3. 具备快速学习能力及分析能力
4. 认真，踏实，细致，主动
5. 具备配电成套厂，设计院或电厂等技术支持等2年以上工作经验者优先考虑
